If you read the guide I sent you, you learned how to grow any business fast, via strategic partnerships. Just in case you missed that, it is here.

This method fits within the 3 “levers” that you can pull to grow ANY business…

In fact, they are the only 3 ways to grow ANY business…

Lever 1 To Grow Any Business

If your site’s a ghost town, revenue’s flat, or prospects and patients are nowhere to be found, you need more eyeballs on your business, product, or service.

I’ve been there—20 years ago, I started stacking wins that now total $500M across 30 industries. And the first lever I pull every time? Flooding the funnel, or site with traffic, prospects, and eyeballs.

For example…

I was recently helping a Saas company, Xano, and they were relying on existing organic traffic and referrals.

What’s the problem…

They were testing new button colors and case studies, but that is not going to 2x, 3x, 5x, 10x revenues. Sure, they may increase conversion rate, but their marketing team wasn’t doing much marketing.

If you don’t have new people seeing your business, you can’t grow consistently

I fired up some Google ads. They had tested them before and were acquiring users at a cost of $250 per free user. I got it down to $12. That is another story, but what I did was properly target problems that their product could solve to targeted landing pages. Before they were bidding on broad search terms like “database” and running them to the homepage.

So, we started running ads to different targeted groups and now they have a scalable way to grow.

Or take Monarch Recovery Group…

They are in addiction treatment and recovery. They were relying on referrals and were doing front end marketing. So, my agency set up SEO + ads, and they went from 4-6 patients a month to 25 in 3 months.

Remember, we want scalable, profitable user acquisition…which just means getting more eyeballs consistently and exponentially.

Depending on your business, it could be cold calling, cold emailing, social media posting, using influencers, or a combination of multiple channels is best.

 To your success,
