Growth Operator AI

Last updated: October 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Growth Operator AI collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers www.growthoperatorai.com, our newsletter and emails, our surveys, and the products and services we sell (together, the "Services").

Growth Operator AI is operated by J White ("we," "us," "our"). Questions: [email protected].

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Email address when you join the newsletter or request the guide.
  • Survey answers, such as your business type, annual revenue range and monthly ad spend. Answering is optional.
  • Purchase details when you buy a product: name, email, billing details and what you bought. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
  • Consulting information if you book the Profit Leak Diagnostic: the details you enter when booking through Calendly, intake form answers, and any business data, ad account access or files you choose to share with us.
  • Messages you send us by email or reply to our newsletter.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, and the date and time of visits.
  • Email engagement, such as whether you opened an email or clicked a link.
  • Campaign data, such as the ad or link (UTM tags) that brought you to the site.
  • Cookies, pixels and similar technologies from us and from third parties, described in Section 4.

What we don't want: please don't send us sensitive personal information (health, financial account numbers, government IDs) or your customers' personal information unless we specifically agree to receive it for the Diagnostic.

2. How we use your information

  • Send you the newsletter, the guide and the emails you signed up for.
  • Deliver products you buy, process payments and refunds, and provide customer support.
  • Run and deliver the Profit Leak Diagnostic and related consulting.
  • Use survey answers to tailor which content and offers we send you.
  • Understand how the site and emails perform, and improve them.
  • Measure our advertising and show our ads to people likely to be interested, including people who have visited our site (see Section 4).
  • Prevent fraud and abuse, comply with law, and enforce our Terms.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as follows:

  • Service providers who run parts of the Services for us and may use the data only to provide those services, including:
    • beehiiv (newsletter, website hosting, forms, surveys, digital product delivery and analytics). beehiiv uses its own subprocessors, such as cloud hosting, email delivery and fraud prevention; its current list is at subprocessors.beehiiv.com.
    • Stripe (payment processing).
    • Calendly (call scheduling).
    • Google (Google Workspace and Google Sheets templates we provide; if you copy a template, Google's terms apply to your copy).
  • Advertising partners, such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and, if we use it, Google Ads. Their pixels and tags collect information about your visits and actions on our site so we can measure ads and show ads to you on other sites and apps. Under some state laws, including California's, this can count as "sharing" for targeted advertising or a "sale." You can opt out (Section 5).
  • Newsletter recommendations (beehiiv Boosts). If you choose to subscribe to another newsletter we recommend, your email address goes to that publisher, and they may pay us a referral fee. We only pass your email when you choose to subscribe.
  • Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect rights, safety and property.
  • Business transfers, if the business is sold, merged or reorganized.

4. Cookies, pixels and tracking

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies from beehiiv for site operation, analytics and email tracking.

We may also use the Meta Pixel and Google Ads / Google tags. These let third parties, including Meta and Google, use cookies, web beacons and similar technologies on our site to collect or receive information about you, such as your browser, the pages you view and whether you sign up or buy. They use it to measure ad results and to target ads to you. When you sign up or buy, information such as your email address may be shared with these platforms in hashed (scrambled) form to match conversions.

How to limit this:

  • Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies.
  • Turn on the Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser. We treat it as an opt-out of targeted advertising for that browser.
  • Adjust your ad preferences in your Meta account (facebook.com/adpreferences) and Google account (myadcenter.google.com).
  • Use industry opt-out tools such as optout.aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.eu.

Our emails contain tracking pixels and tracked links. You can limit this by turning off automatic image loading in your email app.

5. Your choices and rights

Everyone

  • Unsubscribe from emails anytime with the link at the bottom of every email. We may still send purchase receipts and service messages.
  • Access, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected].
  • Opt out of targeted advertising and "sharing" by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share," and by using GPC or the browser tools above.

We will verify your request (usually by confirming it comes from your email address) and respond within 45 days. We won't treat you differently for exercising your rights.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act applies, you can ask to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to delete or correct it; to opt out of its sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising; and to limit use of sensitive personal information (we don't use sensitive information for that purpose). In the last 12 months we collected the categories in Section 1: identifiers (email, name, IP address), commercial information (purchases), internet activity, approximate location from IP, and professional or business information (survey and intake answers). We disclose these to the service providers and advertising partners in Section 3. Our only "selling" or "sharing" is through the advertising pixels and tags described in Section 4. We don't knowingly sell or share the information of anyone under 16. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request.

Other US states. Residents of states with similar privacy laws (for example Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and others) can make the same requests, and can appeal a decision by replying to our response.

EU, UK and Swiss visitors (GDPR-style rights). Our legal bases are: your consent (newsletter, and cookies or pixels where consent is required), performance of a contract (purchases and consulting), and our legitimate interests (site security, analytics and improving the Services). You can access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, ask for a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. Our providers are based in the United States, so your information is transferred to and processed in the US under safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms used by those providers.

6. How long we keep it

We keep subscriber information while you're subscribed and for a reasonable period after you unsubscribe (we keep your email on a suppression list so we don't email you again). We keep purchase records as long as needed for tax and accounting, generally up to 7 years. We keep Diagnostic materials for as long as we work together and then delete or return them on request, unless we need them for legal reasons.

7. Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

8. Children

The Services are for business owners and are not directed to anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think we have, email us and we'll delete it.

9. Links to other sites

Our emails and site link to other sites, including affiliate links and other newsletters. Their privacy practices are their own.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. We'll change the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify subscribers by email.
